Categorise the items on your “things to maintain” list into categories
Seeing as I had a HELL of a lot of trouble with making the list on Day 4, I hope the few items I managed to come up with are enough to do this with.
I think the most suitable categories would be:
- keeping in contact with friends
- Organisation and management
- meal planning
- keeping desk neat & organised
- Health & Beauty
- reduced sugar intake
- keeping coffee intake to 2 cups per day
- doing hair & makeup for friends/family
- love of learning new things
