Check that your goals are fulfilling all the S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting principles
Check! Mine do – except for the issues I mentioned yesterday with a few of them not really having timeframes as such.
Kirsten also suggests checking that goals are using positive language! She gives a great example of how she re-worked her goal to “stop worrying” into “Have a more positive attitude by re-focusing my mind on the good things that might happen rather than the bad ones”. WAY more positive than the original!
I would say my goals are also using positive language, so it seems that I’m done with today’s task 🙂
