Ow

It has been quite some time since I did a proper workout….
And OW my legs hurt 😦 as usual, I was fine yesterday but this morning is another matter…
Was going to do it all again this morning, but I think I’ll give myself a rest day and do it tomorrow.

  1. Haha, doing sone sort of exercise helps with the day after pain! Even if it’s half of yesterday’s workout. Or just stretches focusing on the biggest areas worked yesterday.
