I did Parkrun yesterday (this is their website if you want to find one in your local area) and OUCH.
My legs are absolutely KILLING me today. But I did the 5k run in 48 minutes! Most of that was walking, I think I ran for less than 1km out the whole thing, but I figure it’s a good start.
I have started #running 😊 This morning I did @parkrunau near my Mum's place, and did the 5k in 48mins. I am aiming to be able to do it in less than 30! I walked most of today's loop, since I'm just starting out. It has been quite some time since I did a proper workout….
And OW my legs hurt 😦 as usual, I was fine yesterday but this morning is another matter…
Was going to do it all again this morning, but I think I’ll give myself a rest day and do it tomorrow.
